Has anyone found the OR-21 which is the schedule to be used for the pte tax computation?

I was told by ProSeries that it won't be available for ProSeries Professional. (Despite the fact that Proconnect and Lacerte both have it.) I swear they are trying to get rid of us.

Honestly if I wasn't about 5 years from retiring, I would look elsewhere. The customer support is horrible and this lack of forms is really unacceptable. The LA partnership is still not available as of yet. I only have to file a few of them but i would be out of my mind if LA was my main State.
