How do I make sure that my grouping is correct and its calculating my self-Rental loss?
It seems like the software wont allow me to take the loss form my Self-rental.

Have you done the calculations manually and compared it to what the program is calculating?
A loss from a self rental is passive, so maybe the loss is limited due to the Passive Loss rules.
But you didn't indicate how things are grouped and the details of gains/losses for the grouping, so I have no idea if that could change the outcome.
