2023 says I don't have a license and my name and address are grayed out and blank in firm/preparer category. Everything worked fine in 2023 and I was trying to amend a return when this happened. I use Basic but have not used all 50 yet.
Have you purchased 2024 Basic yet and along with it Fast Path? If not you may have to do that first before working on 2023 past the deadlines and IRS closure period.
The last Intuit tech I spoke with said I would receive a call Monday or Tuesday. Monday has passed and Tuesday business hours are half gone. No call - still have same problem.
