Are you talking about a 1099B with bond sales?

It is on an Ameriprise tax Information statement in the Interest Income section.  Says it is not reported to IRS and is for reference only.

There was also a non treasury OID listed for a smaller amount, but don't know if that relates.

I did not get an answer after my reply to you explaining the situation.  Since the form said it was for reference only and not submitted to the IRS, I left it off the return.
