Amending 2018 1040.  Upon going to states (multiple) each state gives message "Transfer Was Unsuccessful: Internal Error".   I was able to initially activate state amended form prior to making any changes.  Changes was input of 1099-INT, DIV and Sch D. Any ideas on how to access states to finish job?
