Hi guys. I have 2 clients that have no income. They only have social security income. When I try to e-file their forms, it says that "At least one of the following must be present in an e-filed return: total income, AGI, tax on income, total credits, total tax, or total payments". How can I move forward with e-filing these returns? I haven't had this issue in previous years using other software. Thanks.

Another reason to file in case
like this might be to document the carry forward of tax attributes.
Whatever they may be, it is rare but possible.
