Does Proconnect default to waiving the late payment / low withholding penalty for 2018?

Great to have you in the community. The Form will still show 90%, however, if 80% of the payments have been made, then the 2210 will not generate.

So Form 2210 Part II A is not auto-generating this tax filing season?

Thank you for the follow-up question. This looks to have been updated I see that the ProConnect Tax Online is generating Form 2210 with 80% waiver on the form. Please see the attached picture.
