TEParr

Another tax season is upon me and once again I will have numerous partnership, S Corp and Fiduciary returns for which I have year end data before Lacerte grants we professionals the special privilege to view forms in their software.  I also have couple complex real estate transactions and equipment liquidations that I could get entered,  correctly formatted and checked in Lacerte in January if only I could see the forms now.  While I do not like it that I can never transmit any returns until mid -February cause you seem to hate Missouri forms, I can live with that.  But give me the ability to prep and check my business returns in Lacerte when I am working the actual year end trial balances.    Putting down business files in January to have to pick them up again in February cause I can now check all the forms costs me a lot of time that I could then be spending on individual returns that are starting to roll in the door.

Does this drive anyone else crazy or am I the only one?
