Due to environment changes, we now have to use a print service for printers. We use a service called Printix and when the printers install to the workstation, the port is setup as an IPP port. When a print job is sent to one of those printers, FAM crashes with rep32.dll being logged in the Windows event viewer. I can print from ProSeries to the same printers, so I would think that FAM should too. This is something that should be updated on the program side to work with IPP type printers.
