When you use the "Per Form Charge" on the billing you are only allowed to have 400 lines max. If you go over this line, it freezes the whole program and you loose all your billing data. It take a whole lot of work to get the program up and running again. I would like them to extend that max to 500. This would solve this issue. I am afraid that once the IRS add just 4 more forms to this list, the program will lock us all out because currently, without adding any custom lines it is at 397.
Thanks for the idea to extend rates "per form charge" list to 500. We are changing the status to "Open for voting". You feedback on the error will be passed along as well.
