What Joe64 may be suggesting, and I support, is that when entering the foreign bank account number in the Statement of Foreign Assets screen, that same number should go across to Form 114. Now, you have to realize that there is an obscure, small print, link at the top right of the Foreign Bank Account screen called "Account". Once clicking there, the same account number must be entered to avoid a fatal error. Moreover, when clicking on the fatal error, it does not take you to whichever of these two fields is empty. This also should be fixed!

And this will probably get few votes, even though it is important, because few of us need to complete Forms 8938 and 114.
