Here is an example.  Screens 12; codes 8, 1008  However it is not that field.  It is when I click into that field and CTRL E and bring up the Supporting detail.  I want to be able to enter positive and negative numbers in those detail for those screens.  

I tried copying and pasting the screen here, but it will not let me.  Please let me know if this is what you are needing.
