Lacerte says that a return with two or more K-1 losses cannot be filed electronically due to system limitations even though this was not an issue in 2021 or 2022.
Why anyone would use Lacerte is beyond me.
Is this for a state?
Or 1 K-1 with losses on Lines 1 and 2?
Or what?
Then I'm going to be in big trouble come October with my client that has 40 +/- K-1's with PAL's
Me thinks the pilot is having problems reading the instrument panel.
