"Those wishing to have the bells/whistles of Lacerte Software should be prepared to pay for those bells/whistles."

Everybody wants all sorts of features added to the various softwares but then they need to have paramedics stand by when they get the bill for the software once all of those items are added.  Just give me a software where the bugs are all worked out once the IRS opens the floodgates for the new year and I would be happy.
