The following diagnostic is generating:
New Mexico requires a preparer e-mail address for electronic filing. Enter the e-mail address for the preparer.
Solution:
- Select the Settings menu at the top of the program screen.
- Select Options or Primary Options (if applicable).
- Select the Preparers tab.
- Double-click the preparer's name or select the Modify button at the bottom of the Options screen.
- Enter the appropriate information in the E-mail Address field in the Preparer Information screen.
- Select OK in the Preparer Information screen.
- Select OK in the Options screen to save the changes.

			The following diagnostic is generating: E-file: New Mexico requires a preparer e-mail address for electronic filing. Enter the e-mail address for the preparer. (ref. #13418) There is no jump to and I've searched every screen for a preparer email address input. Nothing, please help.

			Answer is in setup…who ever is your firms contact needs to be the preparer to efile New Mexico.
There is no place for a staff person to put email on NM return.
