The following diagnostic is generating:
The Lacerte electronic filing program will not allow an entry to the "Resident credit [O]" (code 19) override field. Please remove the input or the return will be rejected by the state.
Solution:
In Lacerte go to State & Local menu >Screen 52 Other State Tax Credit> New York remove the override in "Resident credit [O] (code 19)". Critical, will prevent e-file transmission.
