The state of Tennessee has mandated that all professionally prepared returns must be filed and paid electronically. You will need to make the proper selection in the Electronic Return(s) inventory field located in the Client Information screen.
Solution:
Click on the diagnostic from the Diagnostics tab.
In screen 1 Client Information>Electronic Return>Electronic Returns set for E-Filing, check off TN.
