The following diagnostic is generating:
The Preparer's phone number is missing. Please select a Preparer in the Client Information screen and make sure the preparer's phone number is entered under the Preparer Information tab of the User Options, or Alternative Paid Preparer section of the Electronic Filing Screen.
Solution:
This has since been resolved. Please ensure a preparer is selected in screen 1 that contains a valid phone number, and also ensure you have the latest version of Lacerte.

THIS IS NOT RESOLVED. On the latest version, preparer is selected and phone # is entered. Have tried for 2 different preparers. Same results.
