Form 1116: Form 1116, Part II, Column L "Date paid or accrued" should not be blank when Column (U) "Total foreign taxes paid or accrued" is greater than zero. Please review your input for each Form 1116. Form 1116 input can be accessed under 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1116, Sch. C, Sch. F, or Passthrough K-1's input screen.
