The following diagnostic is generating:

The income adjustment percentage on Form BI-477, Part VI cannot be negative for efile purposes.

Comments

I have a taxable income and a VT loss so the % is calculating as negative.

I am also having issues with this and I have zero income (no activity), 100% VT partners and can't get this error to go away. Help!
