The following diagnostic is generating: MN return. e-file: Form M1M with Other Additions is not allowed for Minnesota e-file. I removed the bonus depreciation amount from the other additions screen. I also went to all of the seemingly empty fields and made sure there was nothing in them. So the diagnostic is nonsense. If will prevent us from filing this very small return electronically. The MN amounts are from a K-1. I will probably choose to just not file, as I have no confidence that the state will be able to process the MN return. If I attach the FD return to this filing, it will be nearly 100 pages. Is that really worth preventing an e-file for some miniscule amount. As I say, I have deleted all of the other additions. There are no subtractions. Still cannot resolve this obscure diagnostic.

Hi @Cathie H

Thanks for stopping by the community and posting. We'd recommend reaching out to Lacerte Support if you haven't already? They will be able to take a look at the diagnostic with you and help determine why it's generating.

We look forward to your future posts in the community!

Where are you entering in the addition?  It would get entered in screen 51 Minnesota Business additions for a current year asset addition or in the bonus depreciation schedule from a prior year asset.
