    Do you get charged the electronic envelope fee if you cancel e-signature?

    If you use the Lacerte e-signature option to electronically sign 8879 and the client wants to sign a paper version instead, do you still get charged the electronic envelope fee for cancelling?

    After you void the DocuSign request, you'll get a credit for the unused one. No refund, but your next one is a freebie.
