Thanks for the answer. I have downloaded the instructions that I found and the instructions do not detail the adjustments to the state depreciation from the federal. If you have the specific instructions on what adjustments need to be made I would appreciate it. I realize that Mississipi does not recognize some bonus depreciation and shorter lives.
