Input for Form 7203, line 23 (Individual)

Please add the ability to directly enter Form 7203, line 23 into the individual module. Form 7203 was generated from the Scorp module with line 23 populated. However, there is no direct input for this line on the passthrough screen (20.2).

Thanks for the enhancement idea for the ability to directly enter Form 7203, line 23 into the individual module. We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it is no longer considered "New".
