Add Saved Representative Profiles for Forms 8821 and 2848

Currently, when preparing Forms 8821 or 2848 in ProConnect, the representative information (name, CAF number, PTIN, address, etc.) must be entered manually each time. It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to create and save representative profiles, and then select from a dropdown menu when completing these forms. This would save time, reduce manual errors, and streamline workflow—especially for firms that frequently use the same representatives across clients.

They have this feature already but in a less desired manner. You can type in a preparer number corresponding to the serial number in your preparer, and that person's information will automatically populated except:

- fax number
- title
- authority who confered the title
- certification number

It is less ideal because the serial number will change when you add or delete preparers.
