Submitted by Mirvette yesterdayI would like to suggest that ProConnect updates their trigger to generate a tax organizer for all tax returns including those that were NOT e-filed. There are occassions where mailing the tax return into the governing entities is the only option. It is unfair for those clients to miss out on the peace of mind an organizer offers. Additionally, it would be "next level customer service" if firms were able to generate the organizer for new clients, meaning, clients we have completed proforma work for, to generate an organizer that pulls the data from the return that was generated for the sake of carryforwards into the next tax year.
