I have a new user, she is able to sign in, however, while all of my firm info is in there, it is not pulling up any clients. How do I fix that so when 2025 is available, she can roll over the client list on her computer?
We started brand new for 2024 but shouldn't she be able to access those returns as well?

Did you add the client data files to her computer, or are the client data files on a network with her computer looking at the network folder for the data files?
This isn't an online program; it is a desktop program. You need to have the data files accessible to her computer (either directly on her computer or via a network and you have her ProSeries program directed to the network folder to look for the data files).
