Can I deduct the SE health insurance if I don't have enough partnership basis?

Proseries is blocking the se health deduction from 1065 k1 because of at-risk. Does the fact that the guarantee draws includes the amount paid for Health insurance mean I can override that and deduct it?

The SE health is limited by your self employed income, not your basis. You may deduct only as much as the net income you earn from your business. If your business earns no money or incurs a loss, you get no deduction. If you have more than one business, you can't combine the income from all your businesses for purposes of the income limit.
