Two Step Verfication is not working?

  • When I log in to ProSeries today it did not use two step verification??

Yeah, some people have not been getting it.  Intuit screwed something up.

CONGRATS!!! 

Let me know your secret...   I've been trying to get rid of that garbage since they began this stupidity!

Seems like 1/2 the day is spent with MFA, changing passwords, and trying to login... the other half dealing with help desks in the Philippines, India, and Kuala Lumpur

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

@WXGRAVES We are currently aware and working on the issue with 2FA. In the mean time you can reenable it using the steps posted by @Just-Lisa-Now- . We will keep you posted when this is fixed.

Hi @WXGRAVES We wanted to give an update. There is no ETA yet. You are able to reenable it by following the steps here if you have not done so already. We are watching this and a few other posts and will update as soon as we have one.

I know it is a pain, but from a security standpoint you should leave it enabled.
