Its supposed to be ready for those that have paid for it already, BUT dont expect a full functioning product yet, its pretty much a beta (maybe even alpha) release. 

And DO NOT transfer your clients into the 2025 version yet, wait as long as possible, early transfer bugs happen every year!

Susan provided that link that provides almost everything you need to know.  But to add some additional information to that link - you don't have to be crazy to download it now......... but it helps😲

I always download shortly after it's avaliable, but I never transfer over taxpayer files right away - Other than my own, and possibly another or two to do some tax planning, and see how it looks at that point. Most of the time the 2 or 3 files I do transfer are later deleted before transferring again when the returns are ready to be worked on. 

I never do bulk transfers (Except for organizer preparation) but rather transfer clients when their information is received.

This wouldn't work for everyone, but it has worked for me.

You should have told them to drink fireball and it will be ok.

I download and transfer just to be able to print out client checklists - after I have them, I delete the files and will bring them back over in January sometime
