DEBIT DATE OF PAYMENT BE THE SAME AS FILING DATE

Many times we are preparing a return, after the deadline has passed and we have to put the current date as a date to debit the amount due. However, sometimes the return is not e-filed on that day. And we get an e-file error asking us to change the date to the filing date. Very annoying when it is a batch of several dozen clients. 

Solution: add a check box that says "Debit date equals the filing date?"

That way no matter when it is e-filed, we don't have to go back in to each individual return to change the date. Sometimes both federal and state.

you cant schedule a payment for later than the filing date, that should be the last thing you do prior to filing, when you get the 8879s returned to you, insert the EF PIN date and debit date on the day you file.
