The consent date and return filed with FTB are required when e-filing a single member LLC on the 568. Please enter this information in screen 37, Miscellaneous Information.

Solution:

Click on the diagnostic from the Diagnostics tab and enter the date in the Consent Date and Return Filed with FTB by Sole Owner in the respective fields.

Or navigate State & Local>Screen 37.011 Miscellaneous Information>California.

Scroll to Single Member LLC information.

Enter the date in the Consent date field.

In the Return Filed with FTB by Sole Owner select the appropriate entity type from the dropdown field.

Critical, will prevent e-file transmission.
