I did the recent update yesterday and now my screens are all messed up. Half of the print payroll journal reports screen is missing. I can only see 1 date. Anyone else having issues with their screens and how to fix it.

Running into the same issue. The new update doesn't scale some of the menu options correctly. Attached a screenshot of the issue mentioned by OP. "Ending Month/Year" textbox doesn't show up and the rest of the menu is cut off. Many of the other print report menus are also cut off, leaving some of the options unreachable.

A temporary fix is to go to the "View" menu and uncheck "Fit To Screen". This will probably scale everything to be smaller, but you'll at least be able to see the other options.

Did this ever get fixed with an add'l update?  I haven't done any updates yet in case this is still an issue.

Our EastACCT is updated to the newest version and as far as I can tell, they haven't fixed it yet.

I need to do insurance audits and need to be able to print a year of employees payroll journal's and this is the issue. Doe anybody know when it will get fixed?

I'd be interested to hear as well.  We haven't done any updates because of it.

You need to select from the View Menu Tab at top and "Uncheck" the "Fit to Screen" option on the drop down menu.  Then the Ending Month and Year option shows up for the Payroll Journal Report.

 

Looks like someone else already answered this..  OOPS
