I still cannot get this resolved with Lacerte.  The issue was escalated last week (7 days ago) and I still do not have the 200 e-signatures I paid for on Dec 26 for the 2024 tax year.  IS THERE ANYONE AT LACERTE WHO CAN HELP ME??????  PLEASE REPLENISH THE ESIGNATURES I ALREADY PAID FOR SO I CAN WORK!!!!!!!
