it wasn't the pdf attached issue.  The software wanted another worksheet completed called Prop Tax (EF).  the error report/diagnostics didn't reveal this tip.  I had to go back a few years and find client that had Schedule H for WI and track through each form/worksheet utilized.  Happy that I can e file but very cumbersome to figure out.
