The unexpected behavior you have experienced regarding Form 3800 producing the error " the submission contains a form or schedule which MEF is not accepting as binary attachment," has been resolved in the latest release of ProSeries update. Please ensure you are on the latest version of the program. See How to update ProSeries software.
