This is intended to be a professional product and in years past and your solutions requires you to go back and recheck the boxes.   It is not efficient and takes additional steps and when you have a lot of returns, it is time consuming.   We need better programs and before changes are made to the product should have a review process by someone who prepares returns.   If this along with other stupid program errors are approved, those employees approving the change should be fired!!
