When you bring up the 1120-H to e-file, or at least it did when I e-filed the 10 or so I do (earlier in the year), it would have errors on the regular 1120 forms, keeping you from e-filing.
I just opened those regular 1120 forms with the red error notation and right click>> deleted them.
worked for all 10 or so.
they may have fixed this since the dates I did mine, but to answer your original question, yes you can e-file the 1120-H for 2024.
