Tats why I said they are 2 different things.    The original post says they Deleted instead of Saved...but those 2 choices arent one or the other.  Unless it was a new client, and when it asked to Save they chose NO, then that client file is gone/deleted.  A previously saved file, just the changes you made since the last time would be gone/deleted..
