Hey, I have had experience dealing with that 4-0 error in the past, and it tends to mean there is a .NET Framework or Entitlement Components issue, as you pointed out. And since you updated your software; repair install helps fix missing or corrupt components. I would try this first before Monday:
- Go to Control Panel → Programs → Programs & Features, find your TurboTax/Intuit product, select "Repair," and that should help.
- Make sure you have all your Windows updates applied, especially .NET Framework updates.
- Reboot your computer after the repair is completed.
It usually fixes it pretty quickly and I have seen this error disappear after a repair. If it does not, probably when you talk to support on Monday they will have you reinstall Entitlement components.
