ProSeries should flow any DC withholding to the D-40B once fully activated. There are a few things to check:
- On the Federal 1099-G worksheet in box 10a make sure DC is showing.
- On the District of Columbia Information Worksheet Part II make sure the D-40B is checked AND the taxpayer/spouse checkbox is checked below that. This should activate the D-40B.
