IRS Business e-file opens January 15th, including prior year business returns.

Important Notes:

• To successfully e-file returns, make sure your software is up to date by going to the Update menu and choosing Update Installed Products.
• Some Federal and State forms may not be final. Check Tax Form Availability for the most up to date form release dates as well as Federal and State e-file availability.
• This includes ProSeries 2022, 2023, and 2024. 
• All previously filed and held returns will be sent to the taxing authority and related acknowledgements can be updated when processed.
