@PhoebeRoberts I believe you have to have a US bank account to use EFTPS. From EFTPS instructions

"EFTPS is a free service from the U.S. Department of the Treasury. It’s a convenient way to make federal tax payments online from anywhere in the world. You must have a U.S. bank account to use EFTPS."
