n ProConnect, client engagement letters are typically stored or linked under the client’s file / settings / client letters & forms area. According to Intuit’s documentation:
Navigate to Settings → Client Letters & Forms in ProConnect.
From there, you can see which letter templates are available and which have been sent / signed.
For a specific client, you may see under their profile or “client file” area a history or log of documents sent, including the engagement letter.
If you can’t find the signed version, it might not have been uploaded back or properly captured in the system — check your document repository, emails (if you emailed it for signing), or wherever your firm stores signed client agreements.
To customize or edit the engagement letter template in ProConnect:
Go to Settings → Client Letters & Forms in ProConnect (where letter templates are managed)
If you have a custom template, click the name of that template.
On the line for “Engagement Letter,” click Edit (or a pencil icon) to change the wording. Make whatever edits you want (text, clauses, formatting) and Save.
A few extra notes / caveats:
If you don’t already have a custom template, you may need to create one first, and the engagement letter becomes part of that custom template.
Changes to the Standard / default template apply firm-wide; editing a Custom template applies only for clients using that custom version.
The editing interface might limit formatting (fonts, spacing) users report some restrictions in how much styling you can do.
