Hello,

1. How did install go?  The install went fine.  I installed it on two stand-alone computers.  The only issue that arose had to do with the Microsoft Edge browser when I logged into my account to download.  On the first machine it was as expected.  On the second machine I got a white page with no downloads on it.  I logged out and logged back in.  I closed and reopened the browser.  I rebooted the computer.  I still had a white page with nothing on it.  I tried logging in on Firefox and was then able to download the product.  I am not sure what caused this issue on my login as both computers have the same software so far as Microsoft Edge goes.

2. Are you getting updates?  Yes, updates worked fine.

3. How well is ProSeries performing? Quick? Slow? Same as always?  It's performing the same as always.

4. Thoughts on the right rail and notifications?  Assuming you mean the bar along the right side of the homebase, that is fine.  I have no issues with it.  The right side is great as it is not in the way like it would be if it was on the left.  It doesn't take up too much room.  I wouldn't want it there when I was in a tax return where I need maximum screen space.  It's fine on homebase though.

I transferred an 1120-S and a 1040 from last year with no problems and entered some data.  When I reopened the program today, it had the message "Proseries has detected a mismatch between the client rows displayed on Homebase and the client files in your data folder."  I ran the update to fix it and it showed it was fixed.  I did not receive the message again when I closed Proseries and reopened it.

Regarding E-signatures, I did not use that last year.  I would love to learn more about it, but it only pulls up a video and no written instructions.  Is there somewhere we can find written instructions?  Video's take too long to view and cannot be easily referenced.  The movement of the screen and arrow can also cause dizziness in people with stigmatism and eye issues.  I'd prefer written how to instructions in a simple "bullet point" format without lengthy pictures.

Thanks for the opportunity to explore the early release!
