The latest update to 24Tax from the 26th-27th of August was fraught with a problem that caused each and every workstation in our network to steadily move to a crawl's pace. I elected to remove that update completely from all of our workstations, re-installed a previous version that i retrieved from our backup system and then told the software to not do the background updates. Until Lacerte comes up with a fix for this last update, we will have to operate on the previous version. Very frustrating to say the least.
I can not get into my 2024 program since yesterday, August 31,2025.
