I have an individual client who is a green card holder. He is a single owner of an LTD incorporated in India. Do I file 5471 or 1120F for him besides the 1040?
I have an individual client who is a green card holder. He is a single owner of an LTD incorporated in India. Do I file 5471 or 1120F for him besides the 1040?
Not enough info to know if LTD needs to file 1120F, or anything in US.
The more I know the more I don’t know.
