Submitted by mfkcpa 3 weeks agoAfter spending about 40 hours on my biggest return I found that Lacerte would not accept the file because the return and attachments were too large. This was true even after I compressed the pdf attachments.
Some of the attachments were directly from the Lacerte output that I had to pdf and attach to the home state return.
If Lacerte is going to have complicated returns, it should be able to get them to the finish line.
Please increase the size of files you can accept.
