    Anyone else sick of these HOUR long hold times with Intuit?I have so many errors with the program and I have to wait 2 hours to get someone who doesnt know the answer.

    waiting HOURS for support and no one helps fix the issue this is a joke, why are we paying for proseries again?...

    Yet you've failed to ask a single question here in the "damned" (your word in a different thread) forum about your problems.  "WE" have helped many folks; you just might want to give it a try.

    We seem to have posted three times in this "damned" place and never asked a question.  It appears some folks are happier bitching than they are solving their issues.
