Random NOL and Suspended Loss Carryforwards / Files Not Transferring Correctly

We've noticed that random clients have phantom NOL and/or suspended loss carry forwards on their 2024 returns that did not exist in 2023.  We have also had an issue with clients transferring from 2023 to 2024 and their files not being correct - missing items, items no longer a part of their return.  We have to look at 2024 files and make sure they're correct and if they aren't re-transfer the files.  Is anyone else having either of these problems?  I appreciate the feedback.

Are these clients that were just recently transferred into 2024 from 2023?  Or were they transferred back in the beginning of the season?

Files that get transferred in late December or early January can sometimes be missing items, generally I wait for the client to make an appointment before transferring their file into the new year, keeps my Homebase more manageable and helps avoid any early transfer bugs.

If these are recently transferred client files, that does seem odd.  I cant say Ive seen many other complaints like this.
